BLOGGING TIPS: My Current Essential Items | Newbie Blog Tools

Wow....I can't believe it's been just over 4 months since I published my very first blog post.

Over the last 4 months I have slowly formed my own little way of blogging with the help of various tools and I wanted to share this with you all especially the newbies out there like myself!

These days with technology being so advanced we are simply spoilt for choice when deciding what to use.

I just wanted to point out that this is what I am doing, I am not saying everyone should do it this way or it will work for everyone but this is working for me so I wanted to share it with you all. : )

So for now while my blog is relatively small these are the items I cannot live without!

Camera
Camera - Lumix G10  / Nikon Coolpix P310
Camera wise I tend to use the Nikon lots more since it's small and compact to carry around. The Lumix is too heavy to carry around all day especially when I am doing whole day trips in London.

iPad Mini
I actually use the blogger app to blog from majority of the time. I find it really easy to use but a few have said they have struggled. I do have a keyboard connector which makes the typing easy. I tend to put the posts on this app and double check it on the desktop on my lunch break at work before publishing them. My ipad is also great for photos if ever I forget my camera since I take it everywhere with me...yes even to work daily.

Note Pad
Blog post ideas come into my head at random times of the day so I like to carry a note pad round with me to scribble down my ideas. Before I started doing this I use to struggle with blog post ideas so this is a great way in helping you plan ahead.

Tweetdeck
This is my favourite in terms of connecting with you all and discovering new blogs. It's great in that you can enter in all your # groups you like to follow and have them permanently displayed on your screen. I see my tweetdeck being like the stock exchange where everything is moving all the time. The great thing about tweetdeck is you can schedule tweets to go up at certain times.

PicsArt App
Since I blog majority of the time on my ipad I find PicsArt very useful took for tidying up my photos or if I need to add captions in photos. Like most apps its very user friendly which is key for me.

Instagram
I see my Instagram account good and bad! Good in that it keeps you in the loop of what's trending, new products etc... however it does make me want to buy a lot of things!
