WESTQUAY WATERMARK - Bills

It's been such a long time since we last ate out for breakfast so I was very excited to head down to Bills for an early Mother's Day breakfast. I have never heard of Bills until they arrived in Southampton. We arrived around 10am with the little one and got seated very quickly, it was a lovely sunny day but still not warm enough for us to sit outside so we settled for a window seat.
Great menu choice for all of us and I went for the avocado on toast with a poached egg and added in extra smoked salmon. The little one went for the buttermilk pancake with strawberry, banana and blueberry and a small drizzle of syrup. Hubby went for the classic Bills Breakfast with the usual mushroom, eggs, bacon, tomato and beans on toast. The food was absolutely delicious especially the pancakes - soft and fluffy exactly how you want them.
The bill with drinks tea and coffee came to £31 which includes a service charge which I thought was expensive but we really enjoyed it so definitely going back again!

We have also visited the following restaurants at the Watermark: Thaikhun,  The Real GreekRed Dog Saloon and Carluccio
