Bournemouth Korean Restaurant Review - Kori

This was such a great find in Bournemouth, one of those places that don't really look appealing from the outside and certainly not one we would stumble across due to the location either. Instagram is always great for searching for places to eat and the photos people were putting up caught my eye instantly. We arrived Saturday afternoon for lunch and ordered a few different bits to share with the little one and it went down very well.
For starters we ordered the Namul which is three seasoned vegetable side dishes to share. There was spinach, chestnut mushroom and some sort of green like courgette. For mains hubby ordered Spicy Kimchi stew with pork, tofu, onion and spring onion. It comes with a bowl of rice and 2 side pickle dishes. We also ordered the Bossam which is belly perk served with kimchi, lettuce and soybean paste for wrapping in lettuce.
Little one also ate a lot of my Japchae, glass noddles stir fried with beef and vegetables in a sweet soy sauce. Everything tasted delicious, shame we don't actually live closer otherwise we would go back more frequently. The restaurant is very small and doesn't seat two many but it was busy during the lunch seating. There are vegetarian options, the menu offers a great variety at a very good price considering the quality. We are looking to head back when we visit the Christmas markets.
